That’s where we come in. We’re Swap@Home - the new, easy, fun and free way for you to swap items and get items from the comfort and convenience of your own home or office.
It’s kind of funky because the way we’ve set things up,
anybody can swap for anything from anybody, at anytime!
Swappers collect coupons by offering items / services in our online listings.
They use these coupons to go 'swapping' - to get items / services offered by other members. At Swap@Home you can swap any item /service for anything else from our online listings!

How do I Join?

How do I “Post” items or services that I want to swap?
You do have to have a minimum balance of US$10.00 on your ‘Swap Bank Account’ to be able to post a swap. Use that money to pay for shipping when requesting swaps.
To post an item or service just click on “Post a Swap” and follow the easy instructions. This is the fun part where you post your swap offers for FREE and they will show in our online listings.
You can swap just about anything - kids clothes that no longer fit, that birthday gift from your Great Aunt Holly, arts and crafts that you created, electronics that you’ve upgraded, a week at your summer house, your skills and professional services - you get the idea.

How do I get paid for my items / services?
If another swapper wants your item or service they 'pay' you with swap coupons. You decide on how many coupons your swap offer is worth. You’ll find some guidelines in our FAQs.
How do I 'pay' for items / services that I want?
You use coupons you’ve collected by offering swaps, to get items / services listed by other swappers. You can also get coupons by depositing money to your Swap Bank Account.
Do you mail me these coupons?
No. Just as our listings are virtual, so are the coupons.
How do I get items / services that I want?
Follow these simple steps:
a) Log in and search for something you want in our listings.
b) Click on "Let's Swap it!" and request your swap item / service.
c) Our system will send an e-mail to the supplying swapper asking them to confirm the swap. As soon as the swap is confirmed, you will get a cofirmation e-mail from our system.
d) You should receive your swap item within 10 days after confirmation.
When you receive your item, you are responsible for completing the swap transaction by rating the supplying swapper.
e) Once this last step is completed, coupons will be automatically transferred from your account to the supplying swapper’s account.
How do I offer items / services?
Follow these simple steps:
a) Login, click on "Post a Swap", follow the simple prompts and post your swap offer.
b) Swap requests will be e-mailed to you. You confirm the swap. Once confirmed we’ll send you the requesting swapper's address.
c) Ship the item as soon as possible (it must arrive within 14 days) to the receiving swapper. Ship it promptly and pack the item securely to get an excellent score from the requesting swapper.
d) Once the requesting swapper receives the item, they will score your service – this final step completes the swap. If you receive the highest score rating, you’ll get 1 additional FREE coupon for being a great swapper! Once the swap is completed your coupons are automatically transferred to your account.
